ok so i ordered an Adjustable fuel pressure regulator with a return port because im swapping from EFI to carb and still using the EFI fuel pump
This AFPR has an Inlet a return port and 2 outlets...

well i bought and switched out the old gaskets a while back and that didnt stop it, but i think the previous owner maybe wayyy over torqued the bolts to where it bent the shape of the valve covers...

but turns out the flowtech headers stuck out a little to far anyways so they'd rub the frame. So i just went with a set of Hooker Shortys with a Y-pipe
