89 caprice cop car motor in an rs? or a really fancy lawn ornament?

so today i stumbled across an 89 rs that has literally become part of someone's yard to be quite honest im not even sure how we found it but anyway i know what our thinking. this car is junk well...

i have a 1992 25th ann edtion wit a 305 tbi and this is what i would do. depending on where you live with emissions hollow the cat out. or buy a new one. get a tbi off a 350 clean the **** outta it ...
