You may have to get a different fuel pump. The stock pumps tend to stall out at about 15 psi. You might no be able to get 18 out of the stock pump.
Get a Walbro 190 or 255 liter pump....

You do not want to go over 85% @ WOT. If you are above that you need to increase fuel pressure thus increasing the lb hour of the injector. Use the calculator supplied with the ebl to determine what...

Can you post up your bin file? Also when you create your datalog file just just click the dump log button without selecting the boxes and it will create a XXX.ebl file. Open it up in notepad or...

Looks like you are still a bit conservative on the timing. Just increase until you get knock and then back off a bit. I remember you said you disabled knock. Not a good idea when you are tuning. I...

What is the part number of the Autometer speedo. If I remember correctly the autometer hooks up directly to the speed sensor and is calibrated independent of the ECU. Thats the way mine is on my LT1...

Doober,

The Vortec head SA table are much different than the older design heads. No need to up the fuel just have to find the right setting for you combo. There are some Vortec tables out there...

Need to get rid of the bathtub in the low speed ve table like this. Also what is your IAC reading at idle in park at op temp. Looks like you need to adjust that to. Get it down to about 10-15 steps.

Pretty big cam your running with that low of vacuum at idle. Looks like you need more fuel at the top end. Your going lean and timing is being pulled because of knock. Also smooth out the VE tables....

I looked at the SA tables and looks like they look a bit high. You should try bringing them down a bit. And if you are just starting out on your tune I would start conservative on the SA tables.

Sounds like you don't have the VE Learn settings correct in the WhatsUp display. Is the Closedloop indicator lit in the WUD when you are trying to learn? Check the VE learn settings under preferences...

Looks like tire spin is your biggest problem. Try getting the WOT AFR closer to 12.8 and also looks like you might be able to add a degree or so of timing.

Is the 4F 1228747 capable of HIWAY cruise mod? I saw in the disassembly hack there is an option bit that refers to it.
