I Have seen something simialar on a sbc with the Hoagans intake.. I dont understand with this one.. is that like a tb bolted on the front?

Looks like they did the same sort of thing Holley did to bring out the Stealth Ram of making a plenum, tb, and injector rail to fit a dual four barrel tunnel ram.
