It's actually not a RHD. Looks like the images were flipped. Example:

Notice that in his flipped image (1st picture) the turn signal level is on the right side of the column. Also notice the speedometer would have to go counter-clockwise.

The console is also "backward" as is the fan dial on the Hvac.They should be in the "normal" position even if its RHD.

The owner would have stated if it was RHD...considering.Plus ebays policy on describing your auctions acurately.

Then you tell me...How did the image get flipped? It doesn't happen by accident. It has to be manually done at home, then uploaded.

How is it a dick move, to report something that is fraudulent? The dick move is posting it by the Seller.

look at the quality of the pics...not too great by todays standards, and I'm sure his computer aren't either. I know crazy things happen when my grandparents use their computer. All I'm saying is a simple courtesy message to the seller letting them know how it looks would suffice, not an attempt to shut down his auction!

Wow. Apparently I'm a dick just because I made an effort to remove a false "auction". Notice that it is really even an Auction, but just a listing in which the buyer has no eBay protection.

If it was a simple error? The Seller will fix the pic & relist, no harm done.

If you guys are so worried about him, have YOU messaged him about his pic being flipped? I bet not.

BTW....ALL of his pics are flipped except one, so that is certainly no accident. That was intentional & took a few minutes to go through each one & flip them.

Why am I getting beat over something so obvious? The seller posted pics of something he is not selling. Period. Nobody is denying that YET they are defending him.

uh no... he posted pics that happend to be reverse... no where in his auction did he say it was RHD, or it was from Austrailia (where most the RHD Camaro's are)

it could be just a mistake in uploading the pics, because when you up load to ebay you can flip pics or rotate them.. ive accidentilly flipped my pics in ebay too.

Sorry guy, you're wrong.. you're claiming the seller said it was RHD, no where in the add does it say that.... which is not a misrepresentation by any means.. and it was easy to figure it out.. i did in less than 2 min... all you had to do was email the seller to see what he is selling or tell him his pics were backwards..

I have every right to defend myself. Why did everyone feel the need to defend a stranger? It is obvious that the pics are not accurate. 1 pic wrong is a mistake. 5 out 6 pics wrong smells of something fishy.

I've sold on eBay/sold my stuff & have NEVER flipped an image by mistake. For that matter, just looking at your own ad before walking away from the screen will tell a person that something isn't right.

I still would like to hear somebody explain why they have put so much effort into defending a stanger's eBay ad. I'm one of you guys (a TGO member) and *I'M* the one who gets bashed? Not comrade here. Is there is no sense of loyalty around here. Still wondering why everyone has put so much effort into bashing me instead of just contacting the seller.

I doubt the seller did this intentionally. Looks like possibly poor camera phone pictures. In fact, this is possible using a front-face camera. Just do a Google search for "front facing camera reverse text" and see there's reports of this happening.

It's probably a combination of being a bit lazy to correct it in addition to picture taking abilities. He didn't try to sell the car as RHD or anything special or rare. It's one thing to list a car with a deceptive description that may not be easy to be seen by the average buyer (350 when it's a 305, GTA as a Trans Am, etc.) to make the car appear more valuable than it really is. Although the pictures are clearly not correct and could be misleading, it appears more to me as a screw-up with some laziness than deliberate deception.

The listing shows it ended.

What does the law have to say in regards to a RHD vehicle in CA? I ask because there is a local kid who drives a RHD Honda and it seems that the police is ok with the car being that way.

i think you just have to let the DMV know that its RHD..like, if you dont 'inform' them, thats when you get in trouble.
