Jacking question, replacing tie rods

I am replacing the tie rods and the Idler arm. Can I drive the car up on ramps or do I need to allow the wheels to hang free.
Thanks

Doesn't matter really... but they will be easier to access if the wheels are unloaded - they will hang lower. Thats it.
