Do the IROC wheel spacers center on anything?
Just like the subject says. I haven't ever seen the spacers, so I don't know if they center on the hub or on the lugs.
Thanks,
Todd

I know, I was just wondering if they were a tight fit. I ordered some .125 inch spacers from a place, and they were really loose. I hope the IROC spacers fit a little tighter. I ordered some of those today.
The C5 swap is coming along, slowly but surely.

they are pretty loose fit Id say, just slide right over the studs and dangle till the wheel is bolted down.

My concern was if they centered themselves for balancing. I guess they must do a good enough job of that, or people would be complaining about them. Also, the factory probably wouldn't have put them on there if they didn't balance.
Thanks everyone,

I had to get universal spacers recently and they hang down about 1/2 inch or so if you just let them sit on the studs w/out the wheel.
When I installed the wheel I just reached behind and held them at about centre as I tightened the the lugnuts.
Didn't have any balance problems doing it that way that way.
I think next time I'll just use some gasket goop and centre them by eye before installing the wheel.

Lets just say if these were not a good fit and there was any problems with original style Iroc wheel spacers most everyone would have never even had a chance to see a pair on their car.

To respond to DJP87Z28 's sarcasm: The spacers in the second picture are one that I bought a couple days ago. I didn't like how they were not centered on the hub or the lugs. I just wondered if the IROC spacers fit the same way. Everyone else's responses assured me that they were centered on lugs, and on hub but not perfectly. The first picture shows that. They aren't perfect, but they are very close. I also think that they are so close to the axis, that it won't matter. I just wanted to get the best fitting spacers that I could find, and I think those are the IROC spacers.
Thanks everyone,
Todd
