Ps Pump
I installed a 85 camaro QK Ratio steering Box in my elkie would like to know if the PS pump presure from the camaro is different the the elkie i noticed that the part #s are differant and they look the same R THEY?

If the pumps appear to be the same size and have the same size pulley I would assume it's safe to say they're pumping the same pressures.

even if the pressure varies slightly, the box is basicly the same design, it can take the pressure..... the only diff will be how it feels under power assist.

found out that all the ps pumps are the same pressure just differnant mounting holes for the brackets. also the pump, that I have has the metal return line molded on the side of the resivor does anyone know what the pump might of came of off most chevys are plumbed out of the back with the high pressure hose is located
