I ma looking into getting the Baer Rear disc conversion along with the sport front brakes. I want to know how the install went and was it worth the time and money, thanks.

I did it on my old 82. It is so worth it. The rear is a little bit of a pain in the ***, but it's not that bad. I did it like 7 years ago, and if I recall, it took me about 4 hours start to finish. Why stop with the 12" Baers? The 13" set (Track) is only like $100 more.

I want to keep my stock IROC rims and i didn't think a 13 inch rotor would fit under a 16 inch wheel.

Actually it will. Check out this thread right here.
ZR-1 Brakes If you want to save some bucks, buy your brakes from ebmiller (Ed rocks).

13" HDs tuck into 16" stock RS alloys and Iroc wheels just fine. I love mine. Essentially a Baer 13" Track kit for hundreds less.
