How to change panhard bushings?

I can't get them out for the life of me, should be the easiest mod on my car, but they are stuck in there good. Any tips?

Can try drilling some holes in them. That can help loosen them up. Me, I just set fire to them and let 'em burn. . .

That's what I did. Heated with a torch it caught fire and I knocked it out with a hammer, didnt take much effort.

I use a manual or hydraulic press, but obviously not everybody has access to one. You could take it to a machine shop and have the bushings pressed in. It can't cost too much.

they're some of the easier bushings to put back in, i'll give it that...

I just drilled it until it looked like swiss cheese, then pushed it out. Burning it stinks like crazy (although it does work).... Just be careful with the drill bits, they'll walk all over the place, and bend and break. You want to remove a lot of the material, so it's easy to compress them, as they push through.
