Engine: 305 tbi soon 78 lt1 400hp
Transmission: 700r4
will rims off a 74 firbird fit an 89 camaro?
I found a set of 15" factory firebird ralley II rims that look awsome they would look great on my car as they are purple and i just wanted to know if they would fit right b4 i make a deal with this guy and go to wisconsin and get them. He said they should fit but he didnt know for sure so a little help would be great thanks..

Not sure about the backspacing but the bolt pattern is the same.

thats what i was worried about to these are what they look like there on ebay right now but are close to my house just like 35 miles away and my rims are jacked so i really want them.

If its any help, my brother had a 1981 camaro, with third gen rims, and ive seen a few guys on here with the snowflake rims from 2nd gen on their third gens. The back spacing may not be perfect, but its pretty damn close. I dont think you will have any issues. Go for it.
The stock third gen rims sit "in" a little bit usually, so the 74 sticking out, may actually end up being flush but i can almost guarentee they will fit under the fender. You can always get him to measure the backspacing.

The Formula I had a few year ago had 70-75 Camaro Z28 rally wheels on it and I remember them sitting almost flush with the fenders. There is a junkyard here that has an 86 bird with snow flake wheels and the sit on the car like normal third gen wheels.
