help moroso springs ls1

alrigth guys i have a 86 ta with a head cam ls1 auto swap, the car weighed in at 3500lbs with me in it and a half tank last year with 18x9.5" c5 wheels this year im running 15x9 and 15x7 drag lites and possibly going to a fiberglass hood, spoiler or no spoiler, with the weight off the front end could a run the 250lbs moroso spring since im sure they will have to be cut anyway that will up the rate. and get away with out the bouncy ride down the highway, i know its a charaistic of the spring but can it be reduced? i will also be running the stock ws6 sway bar i drive the car a lot in the summer or should i just go with v6 springs. i currently have 1/4 coil cut ws6 spring and would like to drop the front about 1". what kind of improvments could i see in the 60ft times i ran 1.8 last year on worn out et drags and stock suspension, i now have relocation brackets also -

Re: help moroso springs ls1

with a 1.8 60ft, im gonna guess the car isnt killer fast. running a sway bar up front is going to limit the spring anyway.
id say shy away from a moroso, and maybe try and eibach drag launch spring, or a v6 spring.
both of those will drive better than the moroso.
