ok fast drag cars stock tq arm suspension? inside
hey guys. im building a 89 camaro with a 357 sbc and a t88 turbo. th400 tranny and brake. moser 9" rear. spohn tq arm and tranny mount. offset lower control arms and such.
i need to know if our cars tend to seperate the body off of the tire on launch. so i can lower it. and with the spohn pro sway bar do you guys see any squating to the right side tire.
i want to do the bmr battery box that puts it in the spare tire well. but im worried about placing that much weight that far back and to the right. most cars squat to that side when under tq. what are your opinons.

My formula squats hard to the R/R tire. But it hooks and goes. Using stock Torque arm, boxed LCA, and Lakewood Panhard bar non adj. I put an airbag on the R/R, and I played with the pressures to even the lauch, it worked, but it didnt hit the tires as hard and caused more wheel spin for me. here is a vid...... http://youtube.com/watch?v=TyIp-5V2aVE

so im guessing with the spohn or bmr drag race arm. it shouldnt squat but not really extend on launch either.
