Ok guys..what do i do?

Ok I love my 88 tbi and I have put a lot into it...and I also want a 350 and new paint job....now I have just come across a friend that i have not seen in a few months and she offered to sell her car to me....
It's an 87 Iroc with the 350 tpi, t-tops, blue and she has already put a higher stall and built up the tranny...it has the stock rear with 3.27 borgwarner. she has don't nothing else with this car. the fastest time she pulled was 14.3 at 93 mph with slicks...so do I get rid of my tbi guys??? I have already looked into this car and it is an 87 350 with t-tops...
She is going to sell it to me for $3400.00 ...it has 84,000 miles on it...
what do u think??

I think if i buy it I am going to put my exhaust on it since the setup i have on mine is for that car.

I would think go for it. The cost of putting your car to 14.3 would be more than the difference in cost of the 2 cars. If your car is nice it should bring mid to upper $2k range. And if you put your exhaust on the TPI car you get to recoupe that cost and lower the 14.3 time some more. Maybe even break into the 13's. TPI is however more expensive to squeeze more hp out of. Expensive intake parts and more injectors.
