Holley 300-66 manifold has the 2 inch bores. Good luck getting everything to work though. You'll have to find an EGR that actually fits and get a spacer to clear it. My advice for the EGR on the 300-66 is to just block it off. You will also have to re-route your vacuum lines and heating lines. I had to shave down my distributor to get it to fit in my GMPP manifold, which had the same size distributor hole as the 300-66 I gave to my friend. He is using it on his ZZ4 motor, with the holley 670cfm TBI base and he loves it.
I plan on getting my Vortec TBI manifold bored out so I can bolt on a 454 TBI, but for now I'm going to use my holley neck down gasket.

sorry i'd also like a single plane intake. lose HP and Torque with a dual. Nick i will not be running a EGR vavle either.

I own the GMPP Vortec TBI manifold and it has the stock 1 1/16" bores I thought it had 2" bores also, till I got it. Hence why my friend has the holley TBI base, I gave it to him along with the 300-66 (didn't need that anymore) for helping me with the swap.
No shop around Tampa FL would bore my manifold out for me. I could've sent it away, but I did not want to wait another two weeks to do the engine swap. I had asked for the entire weekend off to do the swap.

for the TBI it looks that way. thats what i found by using DeskTop Dyno. 391 HP 440 torque single plane, 375 HP 436 torque dual plane. that what my new motor specs will drop with the dual to single.
