ZZ4 cam in my lil 305 TBI

ZZ4 cam in my lil 305 TBI

well i was wondering what kind of horsepower numbers i would see compared to the LT1 cam if i were to get the ZZ4 cam instead?

Axle/Gears: 3.23
more if you can get it tuned correctly. The cam is much more aggressive than the stock LT1 cam. Figure out what you want out of your car first and then youll have a better chance of choicing a camshaft because obviously a bigger cam is going to have more potential if you have the right heads and intake.

What's the duration on that cam compared to the LT1? I think with the stock heads, power is to be made with more duration, not necessarily extreme lift.

What's his name? He had that cam with SR 305 heads...

I know you gotta spend some time tuning it...

unless you are going to be burning some custom chips or have someone else do it for you i would not swap out the stock cam.
