"INFL REST" waht does it mean?

I have a 91 RS with the L03 engine and it will not start. I have a good battery and it cranks just fine just will not start. On the dash next to the 'service engine light' is a "INFL REST" light and it stays on all the time . I cannot find anything in the Haynes manual on this light can anyone help me understand what this means and perhaps let me know what I can do to fix this and if in fact this might be the cause of why my car will not start? All help and input is greatly appreciated.

Inflatable Restraint. Nothing to do with your problem.

Re: "INFL REST" waht does it mean?

Thanks,
I just bought the car and am learning the differences between the 91 RS and my 88 IROC convertible. Still trying to figure out why it won't start, I will be checking on the codes tomorrow and perhaps get it running...otherwise I am going to put it in storage for the winter and work on a couple of other car projects during the cold months. Wish me luck and thanks!

Re: "INFL REST" what does it mean?

Thanks for the replys,
I did figure out what was wrong and replaced the ignition module and the car started right up and ran smooth but smoked like all getout! It only smoked for about fifteen minutes or so then I turned off the car for another fifteen and started the RS again and significantly less smoke-whitish gray in color and did not smell like antifreeze so I think I might need to replace my valve stem seals-this sound about right to you out there?
