under the dash on the right hand side. remove the passenger side under dash cover. look up under the dash to the right towards the passenger seat. push the bottom of the ecm towards the engine to dislodge the velcro and pull down. open the cover on the ecm with the 2 bolts.

Nevermind. Chip installed, and the car still runs. Just in the nick of time too. It started raining right as I was cleaning up.
