Max fuel pressure

Instead of buying larger injectors is it possiable to install a high pressure pump and a stiffer spring in the regulator. Doing this would give you more overall volume and a better spray pattern. I dont know what pressure a TBI uses but I think that it is about 15psi. If you can get it up to about 50psi you should not need a larger injector. I am thinking about this crap because I am in the process of bulding a 383 to replace my 305.
