FUEL pump, 86 LB9

Car has sat for two years, and even when shorting the diagnostic terminal, the pump won't kick on. The fuse on the passange fender is good.

What would you guys do? PS- The gas needle won't even move.

I'd get a multimeter and check for voltage and continuity/resistance, starting back at the sending unit connector.

Hello everybody.... I need to know if 8.5 volts is the proper voltage so I know if I'm looking at repairing my fuel pump, or age wiring.
