don't know about this part you are talking about, but your local GM parts dealer could have all the answers for you.

I just took a pusher fan out of my 82 Z28.
It was a Hayden model# 3690 14" slim-line fan.
I don't think you could get a bigger one in there.
I also have a tranny cooler up there on the pass side of the condensor, so the fan just barely fit on the drivers' side.

My advise would be to skip the pusher fan. It didn't help my eng temp at all in stop and go traffic.
At highway speed, it made the eng run a little hotter (actually blocks air flow).

It did seem to help the A/C a little at idle, but that's abt it.

If you don't have an A/C condensor in the way, the pusher fan might help eng temps a little at idle.

I had to remove the diagonal body brace rods to make room for the fan. That was a mistake. When I re-installed the braces, I really noticed how much the body was flexing without them installed.

Knowing what I know now, I would put the money into a high perf water pump or a heavy duty radiator.
A Stewert (or maybe an Edelbrock) water pump will be my next attempt at getting the temps down at slow speed.

As it stands now with a 3 core radiator, heavy duty 7 blade flex fan, and an external tranny cooler, I still hit over 220 in stop and go traffic with A/C blowing, and have to shift to neutral and hold RPM up to 1500 or so when stopped for any length of time.

At highway speed, it drops to abt 180 or so.

Hope this helps ya a little.
Gotta have this all worked out before July!!
