what to torque rocker studs to on aluminum heads

The heads are vette aluminum L98 heads, and the rocker arms are 3/8 screw in studs, I dont know what brand. I know to add locktite, but what do I torque them to?

55 ft-lbs and use liquid teflon on the threads of the rocker studs - not loctite.
