454 stampings on the block.
on the back of the block on my 454 there is a stamping that says HI PERF PASS. this same stamping appears behind both heads on the block. its out of a 73' rv.

They all say that. AFAIK every Mark IV non-tall-deck block has that on it. Ignore it.
