How to change hood release cable?

Engine: 406 Superram/DFI
Transmission: Auto BTE 3000 conv
How to change hood release cable?
Is this very hard? How to I re-run the new cable? Where do I even find a cable other than the dealer?

Thanks for the offer. I went ahead and ordered a new one for $16 (wholesale) from a dealer. Do you know of anything I should pay attention to when installing it?
