Plenum Removal
I finaly started changing my fuel pressure regulator and have to remove the plenum.. I took out all the bolts from runner to plenum on both sides, unhooked all the hoses i could find, unhooked sensors, and took the throttle body off.. It seems like there is something still connected though cause it don't want to come off. Is there anything on the underside of it (besides the little wire torwards the back that unplugs) that needs to be disconnected?
the plenum does move slightly with very little force. any ideas anybody?

Well if you have all the bolts from the runners out (theres 8, 4 each side) then it should come off. Some cars the plenum will bind badly and you have to loosen the lower runner bolts on one side to get it out. The hose barb from the brake booster at the driver side rear of the plenum will also snag on the runner, so see if thats whats holding it up. You dont have to take the barb off, just move the plenum so it doesnt hit the runner.

Mine stuck to the runners even after everything was off. Get a soft chisel and go inbetween the plenum and runners and just separate it. Then just pull and wiggle the plenum off!
