Spark Plugs

My car has had alot done to the carb, and distributor, and now it still wont start. Could the spark plugs be fouled to much? I will have time to go and check them tomarow, but I was wondering the probibility of this.

Fouled plugs could cause your engine not to start. If they're fouled, you'll need to find the cause. Check out this link.
