Just about to do cam change, a few last minute questions
Ok I'm going to be doing my cam change in about a week so I need to make sure I have everything down.
Can I use blue silicone where all sealer is used, like on the distributor gasket? Are there any points you guys would like to stress to me?
Tools: Crank pulley puller, lower cam gear puller, stud mount valve spring compressor, torque wrench, other various wrenches.
Gaskets: intake set (intake gaskets, distributor gasket), valve cover set, timing cover set (timing cover gasket, water pump gaskets, timing cover seal), fuel pump gasket.
Torque specs:
Intake: 35lbs
timing cover: 8lbs
timing gear: 20lbs
crank pulley: 60lbs center, 30lbs 3-outer ones
Lube: blue silicone, cam lube, assembley lube.
Let me know if I missed anything. Thanks.

i wouldn't put amy sealer on the distributor gasket, use moly lobe on the cam and lifter base, i like to use permatex high tack to "stick" the timing cover gasket in place and i use ultracopper or ultragrey RTV instead of the blue or black. i use k&w copper sealer on the intake runner gasket. use teflon pipe sealer on all the bolts that go into a water jacket.
