Depending on whether you still have all your emissions cr@p on your car, I would say about $150 without, about $200-$250 with it. The passenger side valve cover is a MOTHER to get off without disassembling all your emissions equipment first, (I know, I'm going through it right now and I don't think I'm going to be able to get it off without removing the piping first, mainly because of the flange for the air diverter valve at the back of the valve cover. My mech friend did a guy's for $200 on an off day at the shop only because the guy hooked him up with some 3" stainless steel piping for exhausts. For all I know, changing the seals themselves is probably the easiest part of it. I'll let you know when I'm done.
