Going from HOT cam to Comp XE282HR, what to expect?

I just ordered up a comp XE 282 HR cam and will be installing it on thursday. It will be replacing my HOT cam. I am tired of pulling hard, then smacking a wall at 6000 rpm. I want it to scream to 6500. I think my cam and valve springs are holding me back with my setup.

Engine is a 350 flat-top pistons, zero deck, .028 head gaskets, 10.6 compression.
Edelbrock E-Tec 170 Heads
Edelbrock 7116 RPM intake
Holley 750 DP HP carb

Here is my valvetrain setup:

LT4 HOT cam I 218/ E 228@ .050 I.525 E.525 lift
Comp pushrods
Comp Pro Magnum Rockers (1.6)
Edelbrock Valve springs/Retainers

I will be changing out those parts to these parts:

Comp XE282 HR cam 230/236 I .544 E .555 lift (1.6)
Comp 987 valve springs
Comp 730 Titanium Retainers
Comp 10 degree locks

What can I expect from this cam in a 350 engine?

Is anyone running this cam in a 350?
