The last bit of plumbing

This is a 2 part question, first the fuel line that come back to the smog system which was removed by previous owner is hissing should i cap it or plumb it back into pvc system. Second the vacuum hose coming off the pedal selonoid hooks up where? If someone has a diagram or picture under dash of a manual transmission car it wold help out.
Thanks

the vacuum hose coming off the pedal switch goes to the cruise control diaphragm. the fuel line you are questioning actually vents to the charcoal cannister.

Ok so no cruise i will get rid of that. The canister is gone, cap it or route into pvc. I saw a vacuum diagram that shows it comming from the canister back into pvc. The only reason i dont want to just cap it is on an old 3 wheeler i capped the gas tank vent line and it ran like crap.

Re: The last bit of plumbing

the vacuum diagram is kinda right. it actually goes through a purge solenoid before it goes to the pcv system.not sure about how bypassing it would work. there was a discussion on it somewhere here awhile back but i don't think anything was ever decided for sure. it may cause a vacuum leak when the pcv opens. just not sure.
