ENGINE IDLES AT HIGH RPM LIKE 5000
I JUST INSTALLED MY SLP RUNNERS AND WHEN I START MY CAR UP IT IDLES AROUND 5000 RPM'S WHAT DID I DO WRONG?

Giant vacuum leak
There's a large hole or gap somewhere that needs a gasket or a plug or something
Lose the all-caps, IT IS EXTREMELY RUDE BECAUSE IT'S VERY HARD TO READ AND MAKES IT LOOK LIKE YOU ARE SCREAMING AT ALL OF US.

yeah sounds like you have a massive vacuum leak.
Go over all the seals in your intake and everything you removed and replaced.
