break-in and EOS
I know it's needed for a flat tappet break-in, but is there any benefit using EOS for a roller motor break-in? This is for a ZZ4. I read in the GMPP catalog that it should be used during break-in with all of their new cams regardless of tappet design. But the break-in procedure for my motor doesn't mention it. It says to just use 10w30 conventional. any thoughts? Thanks.

It's probably similar to the reason why the shampoo bottle says "Lather, rinse and repeat.
