Those are Federal Mogul 2555CP, .010" undersized. If your crank journals measure ok you can reuse the same thing.

Assuming your rods are sized normally, you're going to end up with about .003 of clearance, which is big for the street.
Torque spec depends on what fasteners you're using.

what do you mean for the street? I am not sure what rod studs it has or nuts for that matter. What is the stock tourqe spec? like 50lbs?

street, ie not drag strip.
If you're using it at the strip only, and use straight 40wt oil, then it's ok. That much "cushion" is fine. But you need the thick oil to make up for it.
Not great on the street, with cold starts, many years of desired service, oil pumps that should last a while, etc.
Stock is about 45ftlbs. Oil on the threads. If you use ARP studs (highly recommended) then use their lube and their spec (obvioulsy).
You can get .011" bearings, and your tolerances will be .002". That's much better. Are the journals very good? ie, you've checked them and there's no oval or marks?

yes, they are in very good shape. I was told that I should run kendall
20w-50. I plan on getting a panheater for the winter... but cant plug it in at school so wont drive it much for sure. The motor was built for the strip. freshly .030 over and everything.
