engine rebuild

alright guys, i am in the middle of rebuilding my engine. heres what i got. 350, 4 bolt main, bored 30 over, eaglel stroker kit, brodix IK180 heads (2.02 intake, 1.60 exhaust), edelbrock preformer highrise intake, holly 650 cfm carb. heres my question...what lift and duration should i use on my cam shaft? i want a pretty big lobe, im just not sure what i should use with this combo.

This is a safe choice, it's pretty mild:

beware of the typo, it says 2000-5000, it should read 2000-6000.

thanks a bunch! i really like the first choice but ill do some more research and see...gonna post picks and vids of the car and motor when its done!
