engine trouble

so i was driving my wifes car home the other day and i come to a stop sign and all of a sudden it starts missing and i have to put it in park to keep it from dying so i get it home and start checking things i think it may be all the spark plugs are good no oil fouling and every cylinder was getting spark so i did a compression check and all were 110 psi and above except one cylinder was down to 60 psi anyone have any suggestions
