Looking at a new 92 Rs with few issues for $350 tomarrow
1992 Rs 305 700R4 188,xxx
I spoke with the owner and he said he was told that the fuel pump was bad so he did the fuel pump by dropping the tank. He said it drove for 15 mins then it cut off and he thinks the new pump burnt up. I'm thinking its a loose connection or relay that could be bad but I was only able to talk to him shortly and haven't seen it yet. Anything yall can think to add to the list of things to look for tomarrow. I will turn the key to see if I hear the pump prime itself, I am just wondering if its something with a bad motor or tranny and he just says its this so you can't start it up for a test drive. The reason he said he was selling the car was its an extra car and he just doesnt want to take the time to put a new fuel pump in.
Any way of pouring gas straight into the tbi unit its self just to get it to run for a while to see how the engine sounds. I wasn't sure about doing that and flooding with since it wouldnt be the mist.

Be careful dumping it down the TB, backfires are nasty
That should get it running assuming the issue is fueling. More common is the IGN module is dead/dying or a bad coil
If you suspect a bad relay, swap the fan relay over and retry, they use the same one
