how to change the fuel pressure regulator?

Car: 1986 camaro Sports Coupe
Engine: L31 350
Transmission: 89 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.42 gov lock
how to change the fuel pressure regulator?
I believe the fuel pressure regulator has finally died so i need to replace it, what tool do i need? it looks like a torx head but it has a bumb in the middle of it? also what all do i need to do before doing this?

I wish I could find the site that had a walkthrough of this. It's pretty straightforward, you just work your way down to it under the plentum and runners.

i got them but these are hard to use!, is there any other way to get these screws out?! i cant get them out by hand and iv already stripped one
