I'd like to try and help you, but I don't understand the problem. I don't know what this means:
"realize that the gad cuts off at the tbi and then turns back on tthen it does it agaun"
Can you please give more detail? Break apart points of exactly what's happening and when it's happening, throttle conditions, idle, hot/cold, etc? With electronics you need to provide as much detail as possible, as clearly as possible to correctly diagnose the problem.

Well it seams to only happen wen the car is warm because in the mornings it runs like a champ
The car will be on and the gas cuts off and then goes back on its seams too be electbrical. It happens while idle ruunning at all times this happens

Here's what you need to do. Check your fuel pressure. Get a gauge/testing kit somewhere (i think you can get a loaner at autozone), and see if you're holding good fuel pressure when it's acting up. I'd also suggest trying some injector cleaner as well.
2nd, reseat your harness connections on your distributor. Bad connections here can cause it to not spray (had this problem on my van).
Reply back with the results of your pressure test.
Usually a computer won't go intermittent like that. You could have an oil pressure sensor going bad as well. Must have a good oil pressure reading for your fuel pump to run, it's just a safety mechanism they put in. If you are dropping fuel pressure, and know your pump is good and filter clean, then that's something to check.
