TIGHT BUT NOT GALLED!?!?

ok, i just assembles my new pistons onto the rods with press in wrist pins, and i did it by heating the end of the rod. but i had a few that didnt drop in all the way. so i just pressed them in the rest of the way. and im only talking about .125" deeper. but, i had one piston that became quite tight to the wrist pin. the darn thing move perfectly free before i pressed the pin in the rest of the way, and i used tons of new motor oil on both the pin and the bores. the only thing i can figure is that the edge of the bore got crushed in on the wrist pin while i was pressing the pin in a bit more. so how bad is this? is there some way to free them up? i am going to go heat the assembly up a bit today and see if its free then... if it is ill just run them and let it be, if not, can i trust it to wear in? the pistons are kieth black silv-o-lite, and the pin was all the way through the bores of the piston, just not centered in the rod. it move perfectly before the press... ive asked all the guys i know about this, and they all dont know... so, now what?
