Priming engine oil help

Priming my 92 3.1L camaro rs. Doing this via the distributor hole, via the oil pump shaft. All of the push rods have oil coming out of them except, #3 intake, #5 intake and exhaust. What is the correct procedure to prime the engine? I have turned the engine with my ratchet to different positions, but still no oil comes out to those push rods. I also had the push rods out and I know that they are clear. Why won't the oil come out of those push rods? I have a 5/16 inch socket and extensions connected to the oil pump shaft. I am turning the oil pump shaft with my 3/8 drill.
