High HC, CO, High idle. So confused

So I went through emissions and my HC was at 46, my CO was at 51, and for some reason my car has a high idle. I also get a code 33 on my ses. i ran some bg 44k through the fuel tank, replaced my O2 sensor, fuel filter, replaced the TPS. But for some reason when I try to bring the car at the minimum air rate, it dies, when i try to start it it starts then dies soon after. Any idea why my car is having this issue? I have an 86 firebird. TPI. If it helps it has a 350 engine but everything as far as injectors and programming is all for 305. Any help would be greatly appreciated, i would like to get my car to pass emissions so i can have her rolling on the road.
