what 350 power steering bracket do I need? (pics)
This is the pump.... the top mounts to the block and the left mounts to the water pump. I need the bracket for the threaded mount on the right.
This is the block with dyno dons headers
I thought I only needed the block bracket but the guy at the used parts place in my area says that a stock block bracket wont work with aftermarket headers? He said I would have to make something or get it from summit but I have no idea what to get.... any help here? thanks

If your going to run a v-belt there should be a stud coming out of the bottom head location just above the water pump. You will need about a 1/4 in spacer there or a few washers.
On that stud goes the bolt whole next to your power steering pump cap.
With that on you will see where the adjuster goes on the water pump.
The place for a bolt on the right of the pump on the bracket is for your AC compressor and can be cut off if you don't have AC.
Only if you have AC do you need a special AC bracket or mod yours. PS is good to go.

So you are saying I only need to mount the top and left side and it will be good? I don't have AC or anything. I thought there was a block bracket that mounts to the right side to make a swivel point to tighten belt? And yes its a v belt for the PS

That is how mine is right now. I did not cut that ear off the bracket because I plan on putting AC back in the car. I have been driving it for 2 years like that with the 2 bolts with no problems.

Im not going to cut that off the bracket but at the same time I don't want to leave that hooked to nothing. Maybe I will have to fabricate something.
