killed my friends 94 v6camaro
yea well me and my friend were up in glasgow cruizin the strip and when we leave we both are at a stop light so he starts to reave at me like i should fear him his 3.4 lol V6 5- speed lol he runs a big 16.8 and he thought it was doin something because when my 86 iroc was allstock i ran a 16.2 but i done some mods since then like a 270h comp cam and some 3.73 gears and we race before when i was stock and he keep up so i had to teach him a little something about buildin up cars so the light turns green we go i look back in my mirror only to see him catch 2nd big whoop i just kick his v6 butt i thought that it was pretty good kill do to the fact he runs his month alot and think his car is fast, and that i left my car in overdrive when we raced!!!! lol
i plan to go to the track tuesday so i well know what i runnin in my car i hopin for some low 15's
its better to then to fade away!!!

what is in your IROC? LG4? until you can run consistant mid 15s you better watch out for the 3.8s they are pretty quick i was very suprised when i drove a friends 96 3.8 firebird. its posi to for some reason i didnt think the v6s were. i think the previous owner may have added that im not sure...was dogged to hell to the car was ran to hard.

Car: 2006 Corvette

373s wont help an LG4 that much. stock they only make power to 4500 or so, and those gears will rev you right past your powerband in a hurry. the limiting factor in the design is the cylinder heads. this engine was designed in the mid-late 70s... right smack dab in the middle of the smog era. youre in the right direction with your full exhaust upgrade, thatll help alot. the upgraded cam will help you out too, but you wont see the full benifit of the 373s until you swap the heads and maybe the converter. id predict mid-low 15s for your car if you launch right

The cam seems to be the biggest limiting factor... that and the stock exhaust... after swaping out the cam, adding intake, carb and exhaust you should be doin' pretty well. I've got a performer intake which seems to give me power to about 5000 RPM...thats not too bad IMO... I could probably take it up tp the 5500 RPM and still make power... but I tend to value my engine too much to push it.

Wanna see my LG4 take out a 96 3.8 V6 5 speed Camaro?
http://www.donpagevideo.com/video/Manny_vs_Lino.mpg
I used to tear up the 3.4 & 3.8 V6 Camaros and Firebirds all the time. Now I should be able to tear up the LS1 Camaro and Firebirds.

I don't understand...
If there was any confusion, I was referring to the LG4's stock cam... .350 lift seems a little whimpy... I'm sure the cam riggs86iroc stuck in was far better.

Did anyone bother to watch the video?
My LG4 only had a carb, dist, and intake swap. Everything else was stock.
Here is a slip,

What size carb were you running? I got intake, carb, short shifter... I don't think I could come close to even 15.5 w/ my 3.23's
I woulda had to call BS if you circled the left lane there LOL...

I had an Edelbrock 1406 600cfm carb and an Edelbrock Performer RPM 7101 Intake.
Here is a pic of my old setup,
After that setup, I went with this,
Now I have an LT4 that I am dropping into my baby.
