Not a race, but cool...
I was driving my G/F's stang with her and a few friends to go shoot some pool.. We were in the left hand turn lane.. Then a 4th gen z28 pulled up right beside us.. To my amazement, it was a girl driving it. My friend motioned to roll the window down, I jokingly said "You're lucky this is a ..." I couldn't even finish the sentence, she freakin revved the engine at me.. It was freakishly loud, then the light turned green and she tore *** off the line in probably the coolest female driven sequence I had ever witnessed.. Then I noticed the car behind her was a WS6 T/A... I wanted so badly to go from the turn lane and follow them.. Just to see them run..
I was going to say "You're lucky this is a v6.. but even a gt would lose to you..." ... Before she rudely interrupted me with her LS1 power!! :hail: LS1...

Hey 92, I'm pretty sure that camaro was an LT1. 99% positive. We should have challenged her to a power window race...she had really slow windows. I think she had an M6 too. That was an awesome launch.

JC, could have been an LT1, I'm not sure.. Too close to call.. I thought I saw headlights that weren't recessed though, meaning LS1..
As far as the girl, she may not have been hot but atleast she knew how to drive! I can't picture either of our girlfriends doing anything like that in our cars...
Yeah, we would have taken her in the Power Window race though..

Of course it's cool to see a girl in an LS1...It's a feminine car...ooooooooo...
Just kidding, of course. It's a joke, don't shoot.
Seriously, though, I once saw some kind of ad or article in a magazine where a beautiful woman, a model or something, loved Corvettes because of them being "feminine". I wasn't quite sure how to feel about that. Weird, huh? People get some weird ideas from cars and trucks.

Yeah, I once got destroyed by a girl in either a LS1 or LT1. I couldn't tell very much about it. Anyway, I thought it was an older v6. It wasn't. LT1 or LS1...either way, it looked like the Crown was in reverse. My torque combined with her slower reaction time gave me 1 second, then it was over. I was actually proud of myself.
