LOL my v6 3.1 against a "tuned" civic
so this morning on my way to work (yes my third gen is a DD) and i got to a red light im sitting there eating my donut and drinkin my coffee and all of a sudden i hear something that sounded like a super loud lawn mower i had to look because its raining today (i mean hell, who would mow there lawn in the rain?) anyways i look to left and there sits a black honda civic on the windsheild it says HONDA RACING across the top and i swear he must have 30 to 40 stickers on the fender lol. he points at me and then point down the road so naturally i reved it up light turns green of course i wasnt thinking about the wet pavement and i went almost sideways spinning he was three cars in front at the point when i finally let off and stopped spining i got to him in about a second lol and went by him like a bolt of lightning we get to the next light and he actually head butted his steering wheel!!! LOL it was great.

lol great story! he probaly thinks you have some big v8 if you went sideways like i inmagine. when he hit his steering wheel it would be hilarious if he had the honda symbol on his forhead.

I just so happened to race what looked like a new civic SI in my carbed 350. he thought he was hot s*** blowing by me but i floored it and blew past him in a heartbeat at 100+ mph. but i admit, i dont think he banged his head on the steering wheel though.

idk about the 3.1 passing anything but a slow bicycle like a "bolt of lightning" my 92 is low mileage and runs great, and i can probably out run the car on foot
