Hey guys, I think I've gotten screwed over on a set of rims I bought from a guy on the thirdgen classifieds named Michael Kenyon.

Sent him a money order and he's had it for 2 weeks now. No sign of the rims and he wont answer his phone or reply to emails.

Any advice on what I can do now? The amount was 445 US which is kind of a kick in the ***** for me.
I've made online deals before and had great luck with them everytime, this is BS.

dude that sucks.

but its only been 2 weeks i would keep calling and give him a chance. you can also talk with the guys that run the board and see what they have to say. maybe they could help you out. after that you could look into calling the local cops down there. and have him charged with mail fraud.

Well... if you have his address and real name than you could take legal action, but I dont know what the accross the border legalities are. Worse comes to worse though.

Yeah Shipping can take some time, but I also would not wait too much longer to take some type of action. I would wiat out 3 weeks, if nothing then # 1 you can make a post in the "Classifieds Add Feedback Board" Found here ...Which I see you already have. Well give him a couple of more day and then do what you have to. Yes what is his Username here, as we can all email him. Other regiona; boards are attacking people like a pack of wolves for lesser reasons, so why can't we help our fellow Canadians. Let us know how things are going.

Hey guys,

Tried calling him all weekend, no luck. I guess this monday Im going to report it, I did some research on the net, theres a few places to report this stuff.

Anyways, his email is Mkenyon05@netscape.net I cant remember his username, but im sure somehow it can be looked up. I know he's a member and his car was posted on the readers rides i believe.
I'd appreciate any help you guys have to offer.
