Just got car out of storage....
And have a miss when the engine warms up. The battery is fully charged and the alternator is putting out 13.5-14 volts. When the engine is cold it runs strong. But after it warms up is spits and sputters with anything over half throttle, and a miss off idle. I put some Lucas injector cleaner in and it has started to clean up a little. A kid in town wants to use the car for prom tomorrow night and I am a little worried and probably won't let him use it unless it is running better tomorrow. The car ran fine last fall before I put it away for the long MN winter.

Ummm, have you ever been to MN in the winter, do you know how much salt is put down? Cars turn white after in about 2 days after a snow. I will say that it was not a bad winter in comparison to most. But we did have 30in. of snow the end of november. Jan. and Feb. were actually pretty nice. March was cold and some storms, and april was the snowiest april on record. Not to mention a week ago monday we had 85 degree temps and saturday I was driving in about 8in of slush. So unless I wanted a rusted out ******* camaro, put it in the ditch I think I will store it. I definately don't think it is good for a car to sit like this but the alternative IMO is worse.

Car: 89 Formula / 09 G8
Engine: LS1 / LS3
Transmission: M6 / M6
Axle/Gears: 3:42 / 3:27
Did you put fuel stablizer in the tank before you stored it? I think the fuel could be bad. It needs to be driven!! My Formula doesn't like sitting for long periods of time either. Run the tank low (not too low) and fill it with the good stuf. Also, check the engine for loose, eaten, damaged wires. I am sure it will get better the more you drive.
You are letting some neighborhood kid take your car to the prom? I hope you know him really well.

I used stabil - a friend of mine informed me to use seafoam only. I put some lucas fuel injector cleaner in and it is running better since last night. Thanks for the help.... BTW I know both his parents for a long time, but I am young enough to know how 17-18 year olds act. He is a good kid from what I know of him and I remember how hard it was to find a car for prom.
