Edelbrock Intake...

I AM REPLACING MY INTAKE MANIFOLD AND RUNNERS AND I WAS LOOKING AT EDELBROCK'S HIGH-FLOW MANIFOLD AND RUNNER KIT. IF ANYBODY HAS ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ITEM SUCH AS POWER GAINS, DRAWBACKS, OR ANY INFO AT ALL, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. THANKS

Go with the Edelbrock base and SLP runners. The SLP's are cheaper, and have much more meat to port out.

hey why don't you check out some info on the Holley Stealth Ram, Its cheaper and will give you more power, actually move of power band. The only draw back is that you have to mod alittle to get it to fit on the new style heads, but not a biggy. Some guy put in on his 92 L98 and got like 30hp at the rearwheels. Now the whole set up is like $450. But the only thing right now is that the fuel rails are on back order, so you have to wait til July, for them. But it will be well worth the wait. Oh by the way I already have the edelbrock intake and slp runners. But would have done the instead stealth ram if it was avaliable at the time.

i was the lucky few to get an intake that was cast wrong, so my injectors never closed!! i fixed that problem after months of trying to figure out what was wrong.
the runners look cool though.
