What should I expect from a 350 tpi

I have a lo3 in my 89 rs and i wanted to put a 350 tpi in my car and i was wundering what i should expect from it and in the long run would it be worth it? I have already rebuilt my tranny and it can handle the power so all i would need is it to change my rearend and a couple other things.

Swapping from a 305 tbi to a 1989 350 TPI would give you the same horse power a 1989 350 auto TPI would have.... But with your open dif. rear and 2.77 gears it would suck.

But Let me rephrase for him.

He is wondering What kind of gains he would expect converting from a 305 TBI intake, to a TPI intake. Later in time he will bump up to a 350, but for now what would he gain swapping intakes on a 305?

Can he use 350 TPI heads on his 305? Would he also have to change the cam?

mrt89 whats wrong with your tail pipes?

(btw 350 heads on a 305 is a bad Idea, the last thing a 305 needs is lower compression and less lift possiblities)
