? about block learn

was trying to set my fuel pressure by the block learn today. At idle the block learn is at 160.No matter which way I adjusted the fuel pressure it stayed at 160 while at idle.Fuel gauge changed but not the block learn. While cruzing at 55 the block learn is at 128 but slowly rises till it gets to 160.Does this make any sense to anyone?

That is the same way that I set my fuel pressure. Mine is at 118 at idle and 128 at WOT. They were both at 108 until I adjusted the fuel pressure. I'm really not sure why it goes to 160 unless you have an injector that is sticking closed because 160 is really lean.

Another thing that could be wrong is the O2 sensor. It could be bad.

Replaced the O2 and still have a 160 block learn @ idle.

Definitely sounds like a fuel delivery problem to me. Depending on which side of the engine the O2 sensor is on, you probalby have a fouling injector on that bank. You may also have a bad injector on the other side, but you'll never see it unless you install a second O2 sensor on that side.

Try running a can of fuel injector cleaner once or twice and see if it helps. If not, try swapping injector banks from one side to the other and see if the BLM's improve. If so, you have a bad injector on that side.
